Don Karpinen is the President of Liberty Network International as well as the Founding Pastor of Victory Church, which he founded in 1996 in Boca Raton, FL. Don recently passed the church’s Lead Pastor role onto his son, Donny. Don is passionate about providing opportunities for rest, relationships, and resources to ministry leaders.
